Edvin Trost is the founder of Clip Apex, based in Stockholm, Sweden. Off-camera, he's Sweden's reigning national chess champion and an International Master. Competitive chess is where he learned to spot the one decisive moment in a long sequence, the same instinct that shapes every clip Clip Apex delivers.
Clip Apex is operated by Mind-sure AB, based in Stockholm.
We help podcasters, streamers, and creators win on short-form platforms without spending hours editing. We pull your long-form videos and extract the strongest moments, built for retention, pacing, and how each platform's algorithm actually behaves.
In chess, every move matters. In modern media, every second matters. We don't just cut clips, we deliberately place your content to grab attention in the first three seconds and hold it through to the end.
