Clip Apex is a service operated by Mind-sure AB, based in Stockholm, Sweden.

By using this website or purchasing a subscription from Clip Apex, you agree to the following terms.

Our service: Clip Apex provides video clipping and short-form content editing services on a subscription basis, as described on our Pricing page.

Your content: You retain full ownership of any footage or content you provide to us. You grant us permission to edit and format it into short-form clips as part of our service. By using our services, you grant Clip Apex the right to use finished clips as portfolio samples to showcase our work. You may revoke this permission at any time by notifying us in writing at hello@clipapex.com, after which we will remove the relevant sample from our portfolio.

Payment: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on billing and cancellation.

No performance guarantee: We edit and repurpose content based on established engagement and retention principles, but we do not guarantee specific view counts, follower growth, or platform performance. Results vary based on content, audience, and factors outside our control.

Liability: This service is provided "as is." Clip Apex is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or content platform decisions beyond our control.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
