After you sign up for Starter, Growth, or Pro, you'll fill out a short survey covering things like your branding, preferred caption style, and which platforms to prioritize, so your first batch of clips already looks and sounds like you — the same survey applies if you're on a custom or higher-volume arrangement. From there, whenever you have new content ready to clip, just send us the link through your private submission page (we'll give you this link right after the survey, and also email it to you). We'll get to work within your plan's delivery window, and repeat this every time you have something new to send over.
We can work with YouTube links, audio podcasts, raw video files, Twitch VODs, or cloud storage links (Google Drive/Dropbox). If it's a video or audio file, we can edit it.
Starter includes 2 rounds of small edits and 1 full re-edit, Growth includes 4 rounds of small edits and 2 full re-edits, and Pro includes 6 rounds of small edits and 3 full re-edits. This means that after your clips are delivered, you can request adjustments up to the number of rounds included in your plan.
A small edit covers one batch of minor changes to a delivered clip, like fixing a caption, adjusting timing, or swapping the music. A full re-edit means a completely different hook, a different section of footage, or a new direction after a clip's been delivered. Submit all your feedback for a clip together to make the most of each round.
72 hours for Starter, up to 48 hours priority for Growth, and within 24 hours top-priority for Pro.
The delivery window starts once you submit your source footage or links, along with any notes — each clip we extract and produce from that submission is delivered within your plan's window, separate from your monthly clip allowance so it's not a countdown on your whole month's batch. If you submit more than one piece of content at once, the clips we find and edit from them are queued and delivered in order within that window.
Once you sign up, we'll give you a private link to submit new content whenever it's ready — you'll get it right after completing your setup survey, and again by email, so it's easy to find whenever you need it. Drop your content in there and your delivery window starts right away.
Custom volume and higher-frequency arrangements are available for creators who outgrow a standard package — just head to the "Need something custom?" section and tell us what you need.
