Clip Apex is a service operated by Mind-sure AB, based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Clip Apex ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect: When you contact us through this website, we collect the name, email address, and any channel/content links you provide. If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing information is collected and processed directly by Stripe, we do not store your card details on our own systems. When you engage our services, we also receive and process the video footage or media files you provide for editing — this content is used solely to deliver your project and is handled according to the confidentiality expectations described in our Terms of Service.

How we use it: To respond to your inquiry, deliver the service you've purchased, and process payment for that service. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services: We use Stripe for payment processing, and Google Workspace/Zoho Mail for email hosting. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.

Cookies and tracking: This site does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated and, where required by law, your consent will be requested first.

Data retention: We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal or tax obligations.
